There are several types of high-efficiency air coolers available in the market. These coolers can be classified based on the temperature of the cold storage. Typically, there are three types: high temperature, medium temperature, and low temperature coolers.
The high temperature type has a fin spacing of 4.5mm. The medium temperature type has a fin spacing of 6.0mm. On the other hand, the low temperature type has a fin spacing of 9.0mm. These coolers have a cooling capacity ranging from 1.1 to 46 Kw.
These high-efficiency air coolers are specially designed for commercial refrigeration, freezing, and cold storage equipment. They can be commonly found in supermarkets and other similar retail outlets.

Refrigeration Capacity:
Internally threaded copper tubes greatly enhance the cooling capacity of the air cooler with the same fin area. In fact, it can achieve a cooling capacity that is 1.4 to 15 times higher than that of bare tubes. This is because the threads on the copper tubes increase the turbulence of the refrigerant flow, resulting in a higher heat transfer rate. This is particularly beneficial for industrial processes that require precise temperature control.
Uniform Frosting:
The air flow and liquid separation circuits of the air cooler has been optimized to ensure a uniform frost growth on the coil tubes. A new liquid distributor has been incorporated to further enhance the uniformity of frosting. By reducing the irregularities in frost growth, the air cooler can maintain its optimal operating conditions and improve its efficiency.
Efficient Defrosting:
The electric heaters of the air cooler have been appropriately spaced and powered to ensure efficient defrosting. By minimizing the power consumption for defrosting, the air cooler can conserve energy and reduce operation costs.
Durable:
The outer shell of the air cooler is constructed with embossed aluminum plate and sprayed with epoxy resin plastic to withstand corrosion and harsh environments. The connectors are made of high-strength aluminum rivets and stainless steel fasteners, which ensures the structural integrity and longevity of the air cooler.
